Individual Programs

The InnerSwing sampler  $75

This one-session sampler is an introduction to 3D motion analysis and gives golfers an idea of where inefficiencies occur in their swing.  This is a perfect choice for the avid golfer who wants to experience the latest technology with minimal time commitment and no exercise required.

 

-Learn from both video and 3-dimensional animated views of your address, backswing, impact and finish positions

-Experience a 3D wireless "live exercise mode" where you get real-time swing feedback

-Receive a detailed summary of your upper and lower body positions throughout the swing

The InnerSwing executive par 3  $150

This one hour session includes all that is in the sampler program, plus:

- Learn several relevant golf performance exercises to improve upon key swing inefficiencies.

- Experience a more extensive “live exercise mode” where you get real time feedback on your postures and positions

The InnerSwing 9-hole program  $275

This is a two-session, two-week module. Each session is approximately one hour. It includes all that is in the par 3 program and you will additionally receive:

-A physical and functional screen

-A more extensive series of golf performance exercises and drills

-A second opportunity to get real-time swing feedback from the “live exercise mode”

The InnerSwing 18-hole program  $575

This is a four session, four-week module. Each session is approximately one hour. This is for the avid golfer who wants a thorough and advanced - but condensed - version of the comprehensive program. This program is also adaptable for the out-of-town traveler or busy executive who can complete this module in one extended session.

It includes everything that is in the 9-hole program, and also involves:

-An extensive physical and functional analysis

-A complete and customized golf performance exercise program with a detailed review session

-Three interactive 3D wireless “live exercise mode” sessions

The InnerSwing masters program   $1000

This is the most extensive program available. It is a seven-session module that spans 10-11 weeks.It includes all that is in the 18 -hole program, and also involves:

-An extensive physical and functional evaluation performed before and at the end of the program

-Pre and post-session video and wireless (3D) evaluation with related printouts

-Five interactive 3D “live exercise mode” sessions

InnerSwing refresher session  $150

This one-session is approximately one hour and serves as a review or add-on to any InnerSwing module. It includes:

- A video and wireless 3D analysis

- An interactive 3D “live exercise mode” session

- A review of current exercise routines or:

- A few new golf performance exercises

Group Programs

Small group programs are affordable while providing for a level of individuality and customization. Larger groups, on-site corporate events and golf performance presentations are available upon request.

InnerSwing Group Sampler

This one hour, one-session sampler is an introduction to 3D motion analysis and gives the golfer an idea of where inefficiencies occur in their swing.

Each golfer will:

3-4 golfers: $65/pp

 

InnerSwing Executive Par 3 Group Program

This two-hour session includes all that is in the group sampler, plus several relevant golf performance exercises to improve upon key swing inefficiencies.

2 golfers : $175/pp

3-4 golfers: $150/pp

 

InnerSwing Masters Group Program

This three-hour program which involves all that is in the par 3 program, plus:

-An overview of golf performance dynamics

-A physical and functional evaluation

-A more extensive video and 3D motion analysis

-A more extensive wireless 3D motion “live exercise mode” session

-Multiple golf performance exercise sequences and drills
